To demonstrate this capability, we developed a Patient Intake Agent using Agentforce to manage the process of collecting new patient information and sending the required legal disclosures at a healthcare provider. The agent interacts with patients through a website chatbot, securely collecting personal information, coordinating the legal disclosure agreement, and scheduling an initial appointment.
