Co-founder, Nova

“We came to 10K with an idea, and they delivered a working product with Claude we could take to market in eight weeks. Their architectural experience meant we got a lot right the first time and could focus on adding more depth to the product at launch.”

Industry: AI-native software

What was the goal of your work with 10K?

To stand up a solid, customer-facing product as fast as possible. This wasn’t a case of having a problem inside an existing business and needing someone to come fix it. We had the idea and we knew the market. What we needed was a partner who could take that idea and turn it into a production-ready product that customers could use. That’s a different kind of engagement than most consultancies are set up for. We were asking them to help us build a company and to move at the speed that a newly formed AI-powered startup has to move.

What challenges were you experiencing that led to this effort?

We needed a brand, website, product design, the application itself, the testing around the application, and we needed all of it faster than a team our size could reasonably produce. We had to get from a concept we believed in to something a customer could buy as fast as possible, while the idea still mattered.

How did you get everything done?

We used the Anthropic tool set, specifically Claude, across every part of forming the business. Brand design, website design, product design, initial development, ongoing development, and testing of the solution all ran through it.

What 10K brought was the framework around that. They’d already worked out how to structure Claude for team development: how to scope the agents, how design work should hand off to build work, and where a human still needs to review instead of letting the model run. Setting that up ourselves would have taken months of trial and error, and we’d have gotten a lot of it wrong before we got it right.

Why did you select 10K as your partner?

Their architectural knowledge of the domains we were working in. We were looking for more than just people who could run Claude Code sessions on our behalf. We didn’t have to explain concepts, and we didn’t have to rebuild things after the fact. We got a lot right the first time. While that sounds like a small thing, rework is what kills timelines on a build like this.

What results did you experience?

We went from concept to market launch in about eight weeks.

Since then, the framework 10K set up has let us grow our internal development capacity by 3x, consistently and at a high level of quality. That part matters more to me than the launch date. They left us able to keep scaling development ourselves, with the guardrails already in place, instead of handing over a product and walking away.

For our own customers, NOVA AI is now delivering roughly 10x the velocity of a typical Salesforce development team at about half the cost of an offshore team.
