What was your first “ah-ha!” moment before going independent in the Salesforce ecosystem?
I tried independent consulting on a whim, thinking it was a viable business opportunity to really dig into. After my first client was successfully implemented and was pushing to give them more of my time, I realized I had found a good niche.
Why do you like being part of the 10K Community?
Salesforce consultancies are a dime a dozen. Knowing how some of those companies operate allows me to appreciate the working atmosphere at 10K. This consultancy does it well because they treat their consultants and clients as they expect to be treated. They care about a long term relationship on both ends, not just the quick monetary win, which is reflected in the caliber of both consultants and clients they have the ability to choose to work with.
