What was your first “ah-ha!” moment before going independent in the Salesforce ecosystem? 

I’ve always had a passion and a dream to go independent.

I was also lucky to be positioned with the right skillset at the right time. Cloud-based solutions were gaining speed while I was deepening my skills with Salesforce, AWS, and Qlik. New industry trends and advancements were making it easier for smaller businesses to achieve their business goals with cloud technology without spending millions of dollars, and I wanted to play a part in that. 

How does working with 10K let you focus on the work you love?

As a tech guy, I’m focused on delivering solutions. However, as an entrepreneur, I also need to focus on running my business Pulsaton. That includes marketing, billing, maintaining a sales pipeline, conflict resolution etc. The best part about being on a 10K project is that I don’t have to worry about any of those things. I can depend on 10K to support me – they’re a true partner. 

How does working with 10K help you build your business?

Being a member of the 10K Expert Community means I’m not alone. They have built a community full of similar-minded tech business owners with impressive skill sets and knowledge. I love how 10K Lodge, their Slack community, gives me the opportunity to learn from other experts, troubleshoot project challenges, and build relationships. There is nowhere else I can instantly connect with other people who are on the same journey as me. 

How has 10K shaped your career? 

10K has had a major impact on my career, giving me access to projects and clients I wouldn’t have been able to land on my own. They help challenge me, advance my skills, and grow as a professional. 10K genuinely cares about giving me the opportunity to flex my skills and accomplish new things.
