What was your first “ah-ha!” moment before going independent in the Salesforce ecosystem? 

I reached a point in my career where I honed in on unique skills and strong leadership abilities. My ‘ah-ha moment’ came when my former supervisors and mentors encouraged me to explore independent consulting. What gave me the confidence to make the leap were the numerous companies seeking my expertise for their contract proposal submissions. I wanted to be creative in project management and found fulfillment in leading digital modernization and transformation projects.

How does working with 10K let you focus on the work you love?

10K gives me the opportunity to focus on quality projects inside and outside the Salesforce ecosystem. I love that I have the freedom to control and choose my schedule. Additionally, as a project manager, it’s important that I have direct involvement from the start of a project. 10K sets me up for success so I can provide my expertise and value to my clients.

Collaborating with 10K helps reduce the time and effort I need to allocate toward marketing and business development for my company, CEA Enterprise, LLC. Our partnership allows me to own and direct my projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. With 10K shouldering the administrative overhead of running a project, I have more time to concentrate on sharpening my skills.
