The majority of Andre’s career has focused on sales in the Salesforce ecosystem and helping companies achieve their business goals with Salesforce. At Appirio (now Wipro), Andre went on to build and grow their Salesforce Practice in Latin America to a top-three partner leader in the region. After Appirio, he joined 7Summits (later acquired by IBM) and was responsible for leading one of their Salesforce go-to-market sales organizations.
What Andre enjoys most about working in the Salesforce ecosystem is that despite its large size, it feels small. It’s an industry full of talented people who value building strong connections and enduring relationships.

You’re 10K’s first Vice President of Sales. What is your vision for the role, and what are you most excited to accomplish in your first year?
I am thrilled to join the 10K team and advance our sales organization. My number one objective for our team is to help every 10K customer maximize their ROI while partnering with the Salesforce channel to drive growth and collaboration.
What I am most excited to accomplish this year is connecting more Salesforce customers with our world-class expert community. In addition, I am looking forward to building a high-performing and inclusive sales team with individuals who are passionate about 10K’s mission: to give Salesforce customers and experts the freedom to excel at the work they love.
10K’s on-demand consulting model is unique in our industry. Why do you believe in the model, and why do you think what we’re doing matters so much in the Salesforce ecosystem?
Salesforce is an innovative platform that’s constantly evolving, yet we still see consulting companies confined to a traditional delivery structure that relies on large implementation teams and too many full-time roles. 10K’s model is unique because it provides the real flexibility and speed Salesforce customers are looking for in a partner. 10K’s vision is to give people the freedom to excel at the work they love. How do you see yourself and your role in this vision?
Our independent expert community of 800+ highly skilled and passionate consultants is the heartbeat of 10K. I will work closely with them to ensure they are put in the best position to succeed in delivering high-quality work. As VP of Sales, one of my main objectives is to grow our talent engagement in projects and continue to ensure our clients’ Salesforce initiatives are successful.
What is your favorite adventure?
Traveling is one of the things I love most. I cherish visiting new places, learning about different cultures, and sharing experiences with people from all backgrounds. Some of my favorite adventures so far have been: riding a hot air balloon in Cappadocia Turkey, hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru, and attending the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
