10K Task FAQ

How does 10K Task payment work?
You’ll receive a notification as soon as your task estimate is confirmed by a 10K Expert. Upon your acceptance of the estimate, the provided method of payment will be charged 50%. Once work is complete and accepted, the remaining charge will be applied.

What is 10K Connect?
10K Connect is a proprietary platform that allows you to manage all aspects of your Salesforce program from within a single system. The application is broken down into 3 major categories: Professional Services Automation (PSA), Work Management, and Metadata Management. 10K Connect is used by both our experts and customers alike.

Where does my metadata go?
Your metadata is hosted securely via 10K Connect.

How can I provide more details for my 10K Task request and will I be able to communicate with the 10K Expert assigned to my task?
Along with the dynamic task detail survey, you’ll also be able to upload files to provide additional information. If you have any questions about the task estimate provided, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate directly with your assigned 10K Expert.
