What was your first “ah-ha!” moment before going independent in the Salesforce ecosystem?
I’ve worn many hats over the course of my career, from call center agent to running my own photography studio for over a decade. This allowed me to acquire a unique range of experience and skills, including how to provide impeccable customer service and how to run a business from top to bottom.
My ah-ha moment came when I realized I had a desire to share all my experience and skills with as many businesses as possible. I dreamed of running my own consultancy and 10K helped open the door. They have provided me with countless unique projects that have allowed me to exercise my diverse skill set and deliver creative solutions to distinguished businesses.
How does working with 10K let you focus on the work you love?
I’m passionate about helping clients solve complex business challenges. 10K provides opportunities to work on what’s near and dear to me. I appreciate that beyond measure.
Life is too short to spend valuable time on anything you don’t love doing. We are only on this rock for a very short time and someday I will look back favorably on all the solutions I brought to my clients and the valuable relationships and trust I built with them.
How does working with 10K help you build your business?
Reaching customers is the greatest challenge for a new small business, and I knew mine would be no exception. 10K helps me engage with a steady stream of clients and expand my customer base.
How has 10K shaped your career?
While working as a consultant at different firms over the past decade I’ve gotten deep into many corners of Salesforce. During those years, I learned what works and what doesn’t. I would also envision how I would do things better.
10K was the springboard for launching my own consultancy. Having them in my corner has given me the opportunity to fulfill a dream.
