Meet Rob Miller, 10K’s New Partner Client

The 10K team continues to grow! We are thrilled to announce the addition of Rob Miller to the 10K team as our newest Client Partner.  

With 20 years of Salesforce experience and a passion for delivery excellence, Rob knows how to help clients get the most out of their Salesforce investment and ensure delivery excellence. 

Rob has a determined ability to fuse business process requirements and technology to lead digital transformations. His first Salesforce experience came in 2003 when he led a self-implementation of Sales & Service Clouds for a software company in Boston.  Moving to New York, he joined his first Salesforce partner, Astadia, in 2007. He managed the Northeast region for five years and then ran his own consultancy for seven years. Most recently, he launched new Salesforce practices at Pierce Washington and RSM US LLP.

You’re 10K’s second Client Partner servicing a portfolio of client accounts. What is your vision for this role, and what are you most excited to accomplish in your first year?

Salesforce is a powerful platform to drive growth, profitability, and transformational change. My role is to be a trusted advisor to my clients and help them get the most out of their investment in the Salesforce platform.  

Many of our clients have built an internal Salesforce center of excellence (COE) with experienced resources, Agile governance, and robust DevOps processes, and in these cases, we expand their team with on-demand 10K Experts. 

Other clients ask 10K to help them build and/or operate their Salesforce COE. 10K can also lead full enterprise-level transformation projects using the 10K Way, our delivery standards informed by tested Agile methodologies.

During my first year, I plan to help each client articulate their strategic goals for the Salesforce platform and then develop a roadmap of transformation projects and programs to establish or optimize their Salesforce COE and maximize their investment returns.

What made you decide to make 10K your next career move?

Since joining the Salesforce partner ecosystem in 2007, almost every client of mine had a need for on-demand Salesforce talent to supplement their internal team’s bandwidth or skillset. So now with 10K, I can finally fulfill that need while still helping clients with traditional project-based consulting services as well.

Plus, I get to work with 4 Salesforce MVPs who speak with authority on what it takes to create and optimize a Salesforce COE and leverage a truly unique pool of over 600 on-demand Salesforce experts all operating together under the 10K Way to ensure delivery excellence for our clients.

What is your favorite adventure?

My wife & I went to St. Lucia for our honeymoon – what a breathtaking part of the world! To experience a live volcano up close was something we will never forget. Our next adventures are to make it back to St. Lucia and visit Italy for the first time together!
