You’re 10K’s first Client Partner dedicated to a major account. What is your vision for this role, and what are you most excited to accomplish in your first year?
The short answer is to deliver on 10K’s vision: to give customers the agility and power to get more out of their Salesforce investment. My superpower is developing deep, repeatable processes that can support ambitious Salesforce roadmaps.
My entire first year is about developing scalable processes for one of our largest clients’ rapidly growing Salesforce program. My sole focus is to develop and implement a mature governance structure and SDLC processes. Our client’s program continues to grow like wildfire, so my experience will be vital in establishing a structure to help ensure its success.
I bring nearly 20 years of enterprise experience to the table, specifically in helping this type of client build more efficient, mature, and governed Salesforce programs. It’s a thrill to be trusted with taking their program to the next level.
What made you decide to make 10K your next career move?
It’s all about the people. My number one reason for joining 10K was knowing precisely the kind of people I’d be working with. I know Mike Martin, Nick Hamm, and Matt Lamb from our Appirio days. They’re the absolute best of the best, and I couldn’t turn down an opportunity to work alongside them and continue to learn and grow my career.
I also love a challenge. The bigger, the better! The size and complexity of the client I’m now supporting is the exact kind of challenge I thrive on. There’s no better feeling than putting my expertise to the test and helping companies unlock their potential with Salesforce.
What is your favorite adventure?
My greatest adventure is ahead of me. I’m getting married in Dublin next summer, and my fiance and I are combining our families’ cultures for the first time – I’m half Egyptian, half Irish, and my fiance is Irish. We have many beautiful things planned to represent our family’s unity, including an Irish jig dancer collaborating with an Egyptian belly dancer for a one-of-a-kind performance.
